Company History
 
SVP is born out of the belief that new transforming visions are needed at many levels of society in order to create new realities for human development and organisational performance improvement.
 
The strategic leadership and visioning practice is complemented by current doctoral-level research, which involves CEOs/Chairpersons of prominent UK organisations (ranging from FTSE 100 / Global Corporations & Entrepreneurs to Government / Non Profit-Making Institutions). The research has involved more than 50 strategic leaders, with many participants commenting that the research is very relevant and applicable to the effective and ethical strategic leadership of their organisations.
 
The research has undergone external scholarly review and papers have been presented at UK, European and Global leadership conferences. The findings are well received amongst leaders, leadership practitioners, scholars, and researchers, with many acknowledging the contribution of new strategic leadership knowledge and the value to practicing and developing strategic leaders.
